Mould-making will be explored through the media of clay (press-mould), plaster (waste and piece moulds), rubber (hot or silicone, tbc). The castings will be made in plaster, wax and resin. Course to be led by Nick Brooks, Artist and Technician at Central St Martin's.

Sculpting the Head in Clay Stage 2, plus casting (8 days) £780

This 8 day course is being offered as a unique opportunity. It combines the Stage 2 Sculpting the Head course (for those who have already made at least one head, allowing experimentation with composition and scale) and then making a plaster cast of one of the heads.
